Original Japanese rice miso of the highest quality and rich in vegetable proteins, guaranteed gluten-free and perfect for the preparation of traditional soups or vegetable broths. In order to maintain its flavour and properties, this fermented product is not pasteurised. It is produced by the historic Japanese company Mitoku, packaged in the practical open-and-close tray. In order to avoid a possible swelling of the capsule, characteristic of a living and vital product, a valve has been applied to allow the escape of the gases produced by the natural fermentation. To avoid the degradation of the enzymes naturally present, it is not recommended to cook it.
