Certified organic seaweed hand-picked in Europe and dried at low temperatures. Guaranteed gluten-free. Nori (Porphyra spp) is a red-purple seaweed, harvested by hand and dried at low temperature (within 38C°). It has a cartilaginous consistency and a crustacean and typically smoky flavour. It is used rehydrated and added as an ingredient in the cooking of: Soups, stews, croquettes, omelettes, pasta, rice, cous cous.

ORGANIC

Alghe marine certificate biologiche raccolte a mano in Europa ed essiccate a basse temperature. Garantite senza glutine. La nori è un alga marina di colore rosso-viola, raccolta a mano ed essiccata a bassa temperatura (entro 38C°). Consistenza cartilaginosa e sapore di crostaceo e tipicamente affumicato. Si usa reidratata e aggiunta come ingrediente nella cottura di: zuppe, stufati, crocchette, frittate, pasta, riso, cous cous.
