Probios Kombu Algae
Kombu seaweed (Laminaria ochroleuca) has a brown colour, it is harvested by hand and dried at low temperature (within 38C°). Its consistency is fleshy and crunchy, with a strong flavour. It should be rehydrated and cooked for 20 minutes as a side dish or added as an ingredient in the cooking of: Soups, stews, croquettes, omelettes, pasta, rice, cous cous. Excellent to add during the cooking of legumes.
