Probios Spaghetti of Sea
Sea spaghetti (Himantalia elongata) is a brown seaweed, harvested by hand and dried at low temperature (within 38C°). Fleshy texture and slightly sweet taste, its shape reminds of spaghetti, from which it takes its name. It should be rehydrated and cooked for 10 minutes as a side dish or added as an ingredient in the cooking of: Soups, stews, croquettes, omelettes, pasta, rice, cous cous.
